1. What are your hours of operation? I offer sessions from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday.

2. How can I schedule a session? Easily schedule consultations or therapy sessions using this scheduling link.

3. What therapeutic approaches do you use? I tailor my approach to your needs, incorporating techniques from:

  • Conversational Therapy
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

4. What payment options do you accept?

  • In-person sessions: cash, check, or card (credit and HSA)
  • Online sessions: payments through the secure EHR system.  Credit and HSA cards are accepted

How We Meet and Communication:

Our sessions will be conducted through the HIPAA-compliant Google Meet tool. Notes are taken in the session chat and sent to you afterwards as a reference to assist you in remembering key points and implementing changes in your life.

During in-person sessions, you will meet with me in my office in Mt Airy, Northwest Philadelphia.
